    • authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website

    • companies providing marketing services to the Administrator

  2. Your personal data will be processed by the Administrator for no longer than necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g., accounting regulations). With respect to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

  3. You have the right to request from the Administrator:

    • access to personal data concerning you,

    • their corrections,

    • removal,

    • processing restrictions,

    • and data transfer.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) to the processing of personal data for the purpose of pursuing legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling, however, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid legitimate grounds for processing, overriding interests, rights and freedoms towards you, in particular the establishment, exercise or defence of claims.

  5. You may lodge a complaint against the Administrator's actions with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Website.

  7. You may be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the purpose of conducting direct marketing by the Controller.

  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer it outside the European Union.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

GENERAL PROVISIONSÓLNE.

These regulations define the terms and conditions of stay at the DOMECZKI-BLANECZKI holiday cottages. Guests staying at the resort are required to abide by the regulations below and follow the instructions of the resort owner. Making a reservation constitutes acceptance of these regulations. Upon making a reservation (paying a 30% deposit), the rental agreement is deemed concluded.

BOOKING AND DEPOSIT

Payment of the deposit by the Tenant means that he accepts the rental regulations in question.

The remaining amount for the stay, including the tourist tax, is paid by the Tenant in cash on the day of arrival or by bank transfer before arrival.

Tourist tax in accordance with the rate of the Darłowo commune office.

The tenant is obliged to settle the entire amount due for the stay on the day of arrival, even if, for reasons beyond the owner's control, the arrival or stay is delayed or shortened (personal reasons, communication problems, etc.).

If the Tenant shortens the stay, the amount for the unused period is not refundable.

In the event of a change of the booking date by the Tenant or complete cancellation of the stay, the deposit is non-refundable.

The client is obliged to notify the owner of the resort of the cancellation of the stay at least 14 days before the planned arrival.

If the client cancels their stay (due to circumstances beyond their control, regardless of whether these circumstances are the client's fault or not), they are obliged to pay for the entire stay if they have not informed the owner of the facility within the above deadline.

HANDOVER OF THE COTTAGE

The hotel day starts at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

In the event of exceeding the declared number of people using the cottage (without the consent and knowledge of the owner or an authorized person), the owner reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with all consequences without having to refund the previously paid fee.

The price of services provided by DOMECZKI BLANECZKI does not include insurance. Tenants use all services, attractions, and amenities at the resort at their own risk. The owner is not liable for any injuries, damages, or property damage (damage caused to the health or property of a third party), including theft of luggage, during the entire stay (we recommend purchasing additional insurance).

Upon arrival, but before moving in, the tenant is obliged to inspect the house, i.e. check the furniture, windows, shower cabin and other equipment in the house.

Any complaints regarding damage or destruction should be reported immediately to the owner.

If the Tenant does not comment on such damage within 4 hours after receiving the keys, it means that the Landlord has no objections to the entire premises and that all equipment and furniture are in good condition.

The tenant is financially responsible for any damage caused to the cottage during his stay and agrees that any repairs to damage, missing equipment or removal of faults will be carried out at his expense.

USE OF THE COTTAGE DURING YOUR STAY.

SMOKING is strictly prohibited in the cottage and on the terrace. Smoking is permitted in designated areas throughout the resort.

If the Tenant significantly disturbs the peace or well-being of the neighbors and does not comply with generally accepted norms of coexistence between people, the owner reserves the right to terminate the Tenant's stay in the cottage and is not obliged to refund the money for the unused period of stay.

In the event of a breach of the night silence period from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m., the owner or the person responsible for the keys will be forced to make a justified intervention, call the police, and the owner has the right to terminate the contract immediately.

Due to fire safety requirements, no electrically or gas-powered appliances or devices are permitted in the cottage. These appliances are not part of the cottage's equipment and may pose a fire hazard, such as electric heaters, fan heaters, radiators, or gas burners. Flammable mats, explosives, or any materials with unpleasant odors are prohibited.

The tenant is not permitted to make any repairs, alterations, or expenses to the cottage without the prior written consent of the property owner. The tenant is obligated to immediately inform the property owner of the need for repairs.

The tenant is obligated to maintain and return the cottage in its original condition, which includes, in particular, leaving clean dishes and kitchen appliances, and removing bedding before departure. Failure to comply with this obligation will result in a 100 PLN cleaning fee.

The contract concluded between the owner of the resort and the Lessor does not cover travel, meals or organization of the stay.

The owner is not responsible for temporary inconveniences occurring with independent suppliers caused by, for example, temporary lack of water, electricity, internet, etc.

Please note that we are not responsible for any property left in the cottage or on the resort grounds. Personal belongings left behind by departing guests will be returned to the address they provided. If they do not consent to their return, these items will be stored for one month and then destroyed.

The owner of the resort is not responsible for the theft of the car or its damage during the stay.

Grill users are required to use them in accordance with fire safety requirements and leave them clean after grilling. When using the grill, place it on paving stones or lawn. Using the grill on a patio is prohibited.

CHILDREN MAY STAY IN THE PLAYGROUND AND USE THE CENTER’S ATTRACTIONS ONLY UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF ADULTS AND AT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY.

In matters not regulated by the above regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.

DOG STAY REGULATIONS

The center and playground are designed with children and their parents in mind. We want children and their parents to feel comfortable and safe first. Therefore, we ask dog owners to follow these guidelines:

  1. We only let dogs out on a leash within the center, and we do not let them out without care and supervision.
  2. If your dog does not like to be left alone at home and often whines or barks during this time, please do not leave him alone.
  3. Dogs on the resort grounds are allowed to relieve themselves on the lawn behind the cottages. Please remember to clean up after your pet.
  4. It is strictly forbidden to walk dogs on the playground/field in front of the houses.
  5. The owner is financially responsible for any damage caused by the dog on the premises of the center.
  6. Staying with a dog must be agreed upon when booking, we charge an additional fee.
